So those sweet potato fries I made last week, there are a lot leftover. Bill had fried the rest of them for me (I had to leave for a meeting) and stuck them in the fridge.
Tonight, I heated up a plateful. I thought it would be enough for Bill.
Turns out, it was too much.
Frying something three times isn't bad is it?
Please tell me it isn't.
Next time I make these, I'm cutting the recipe by half. And then another half.
