the outcome

I know, I know. I promised a picture of the bread. It actually turned out better than I expected. Sometimes, I don't knead dough long enough for fear of over-working it. Having grown up without the hands-on experience of the "old world" style of baking, I am mostly self-taught. When you don't grow up making your own bread, you have to learn these things by trial and error.

I have learned the way!
