A contest
Bill and I had a contest. We took turns taking black and white photos on the cruise. The best one will win a spot over the fireplace. Three are from Venice, the one is from Rome.
i can't see all 4. i have my favorite among the three i can see, but i don't want to vote until i can see them all. one of them comes up as a little red x for me.
greg, I hope #4 turns out... I don't know what to tell you. computers can really hoover some days. like they're women and they get pms. oie vey! so it's looking like #3 might be the winner so far...
hey emily - I am friend's of Shannon and Greg's and I peaked over at your blog and figured I would chime in. Without reading any other comments I would say that my favorite is 3. I really like the white of the building on the left contrasting with the dark of the water and the darker buildings. Possibly i'm not remembering correctly though! They all look great - lucky you guys...

ReplyDeleteI am a HUGE HUGE HUGE fan of all of them because you know I'm a photography dork. HOWEVER, I'm really really liking the third one. Hope it helps!
ReplyDelete#2 and #3 are the best compositionally, but #2 is a bit cluttered for black and white. I therefore choose #3.
