Yeah, no

Bill made fun of me for saying this.

I became determined to figure out where I've heard it.

It turns out it's the new answer to give.

My mom has said it. Heather has said it. Receptionists have said it. Bill himself has said it. Everyone is saying it. That's where I picked it up.

Have you said it? It's typically your answer when someone asks you a question that you would normally answer no, but for some reason we have started agreeing with the person first. Then we say no. It really doesn't make sense. It further complicates the conversation not to mention the already convoluted English language.

So yeah, no. I'm done with this post.
